This week, we’re all talking about the importance of good mental health as part of Mental Health Awareness Week, led by one of our brilliant projects, the Mental Health Foundation.
From 8th-14th May, the Mental Health Foundation are flipping the debate to take the focus away from the statistics of mental health problems to asking why so few of us are thriving in life with good mental health.
We even had a visit from the Mental Health Foundation’s Chris O’Sullivan to speak to staff at Global HQ with some tips on dealing with daily work stresses and how to recognise whether we’re surviving or thriving at work.
It’s got everyone talking, which is why we’re really proud to support the work of Mental Health Foundation. We gave them a grant for £60,500 which will help fund programmes in schools to equip young people with the knowledge and skills they need to support their mental health and better cope with challenges life brings.
Keep up the amazing work Mental Health Foundation!
