As part of Make Some Noise Day, a batch of incredible prizes were put up for auction in order to raise money for disadvantaged children and young people in the UK.
After an overwhelming public response, we are thrilled to announce that these money-can’t-buy experiences were snapped up quick-sharp, contributing a huge amount to our final total of £1,110,815.
Thanks to some extremely generous bidders, these once-in-a-lifetime prizes will enable us to offer more funds to British charities in need. Want to know what the top ones were and how much they went for?
Through Classic FM, a box at the Royal Albert Hall with John Suchet to watch Madam Butterfly and a 4 night trip to Italy went for a whopping £11,000!

XFM had a rocking prize up for grabs too which enabled the auction winner access to a ‘Golden Ticket’. This epic pass is an indie-lovers dream, giving both them and a friend access to every one of XFM’s live sessions for 12 months. Not only do they get to attend every gig but the winner, who bid a generous £5,300, will get an up-close-and-personal seat, plus a chance to meet the bands.
