Digby Brown 2025

Digby Brown powered Grado’s incredible Granite to Glasgow challenge

In 2025, we were thrilled to team up once again with our friends at Digby Brown, who proudly sponsored one of the most inspiring fundraising feats we’ve ever taken on. In October, Heart Scotland’s very own Grado took on an extraordinary mission: cycling over 400 kilometres from Aberdeen to Glasgow… with his hands.

The Granite to Glasgow Handcycle Challenge marked Digby Brown’s second year supporting Global’s Make Some Noise and Heart Scotland, and once again they were right at the heart of the action.

Championing people and pushing boundaries

As a law firm dedicated to supporting people through life’s toughest moments, Digby Brown were the perfect sponsor of the challenge. They were there throughout, with team members cheering Grado on, cycling alongside him at points on the route, and welcoming him as he visited Digby Brown offices across the journey. Their support helped power the challenge all the way to the Heart Scotland HQ finish line in Glasgow.

Grado was also joined by two incredible members of Spinal Injuries Scotland, one of this year’s Make Some Noise beneficiaries, who brought strength, resilience and inspiration every mile of the way.

Making a difference across Scotland

The funds raised from the Granite to Glasgow challenge will help Make Some Noise support small charities changing lives across Scotland - from mental health support to disability services, crisis help and community projects offering hope and connection where it’s needed most.

A huge thank you to the amazing team at Digby Brown for your continued support, your generosity and your community spirit. Together with Grado - and everyone who cheered him along the way - you helped shine a spotlight on the people and charities who deserve it most.
