Global's Make Some Noise Night 2025

Adam Lambert, Cat Burns and Craig David performed at our annual charity night to ensure no one faces life’s toughest challenges alone

On Tuesday 18th November, Global’s all-star presenter line-up was joined by Adam Lambert, Cat Burns and Craig David for Global’s Make Some Noise Night – our annual charity gala – supported by Barclaycard.

The star-studded event raised a total of £1,203,910, to help us fund vital projects across the UK delivered by small, local charities, to make sure that no one faces life’s toughest challenges alone.

We aim to tackle issues such as bereavement, food poverty, domestic abuse, homelessness and loneliness.

The night was hosted by many of Global’s star-name presenters, including Amanda Holden, Kate Garraway, Jordan North, Chris Stark, Johnny Vaughan, James O’Brien and Jamie Theakston, who bravely shared his own personal experience of cancer and the importance of local, community support.

The surprise superstar music artists took to the stage at The Londoner hotel in Leicester Square to perform in front of 400 guests. There was also a special performance from BAFTA Award nominee Lucy, an incredible blind and neurodivergent young pianist, and winner of Channel 4’s The Piano, who was formally supported by one of the many charities which Make Some Noise funds.

Global’s presenters including Heart’s Amanda Holden, Jamie Theakston and Ashley Roberts; Capital Breakfast’s Jordan North and Chris Stark; Smooth’s Kate Garraway; LBC’s Nick Ferrari and James O’Brien; Johnny Vaughan from Radio X, plus Global podcast stars Jon Sopel and Lewis Goodall from The News Agents all gave their support on the night.

Once again, Barclaycard very generously supported the event as headline sponsor. As a long-standing partner of Global, Barclaycard has also supported many fundraisers and live events, including creating the surprise ‘Out of the Blue’ performances at Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball and Summertime Ball with Barclaycard.

100% of all donations raised go directly to support Make Some Noise and its life-changing work.

“It’s fantastic to have raised more than £1.2 million at this year’s Make Some Noise Night. This incredible event showcases the power of music to bring people together and drive extraordinary, life-changing impact.
The donations raised tonight will fund vital projects across the UK, providing essential physical and emotional support to people facing some of life’s toughest challenges, including bereavement, domestic abuse and homelessness. This year, the demand for our support has risen significantly, underlining just how urgently communities across the UK need help.
Every donation truly has the power to change lives, and I want to say a massive thank you to our amazing donors, supporters and partners who have made Global’s Make Some Noise Night such a success.”
