Global’s Make Some Noise are supporting small charities across the UK by funding projects that are changing lives, including mental health projects offering help to people in their hour of need.
If you need someone to talk to right now, there are helplines with trained listeners available. They’re there to hear you without judgment and can help you work through what you’re feeling.
Samaritans works to make sure there’s always someone there for anyone who needs someone. You can reach them on 116 123 (UK-wide - 24 hours a day).
Mind's support line is 0300 102 1234. (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK offer a supportive listening service on 0800 587 0800 (6pm to midnight every day). If you're unable to connect to the main number you can call 0800 689 0880.

EMBRACE CHILD VICTIMS OF CRIME
Embrace is a national charity dedicated to supporting children and young people (18 and under) who have been harmed by serious crime. They deliver remote emotional support sessions for children and young people (18 and under) across the UK who are impacted by serious crime.

Petals are a baby loss charity providing mental health support. They offer online support services including a listening service and Facebook support groups.

Acacia Family Support offer nationwide support for perinatal mental health.

SELF-HARM AWARENESS FOR ALL CUMBRIA (SAFA CUMBRIA)
Safa Cumbria offers self-harm and emotional crisis support. Their services include 1-2-1 counselling, family work, telephone support, groups, and psychoeducation via our Resilience Centre (PARC). They also offer digital and community-based resources
THE LONDON AUTISM GROUP CHARITY
The London Autism Group Charity is a fully autistic-led organisation supporting autistic people of all ages. They have a Facebook Support Group and virtual chat for autistic individuals and families in London.
