When Trolls Band Together hit cinemas in October 2023, we were thrilled to team up with Universal Pictures to spread joy for a good cause. We created buzz around the film’s release, and drove excitement with families and young children for a new instalment of the franchise.

Trolls Dance Challenge

Led by our favourite Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts, we invited people to take to the dancefloor for Trolls Dance Challenge – a fun, high energy campaign, built around *NYSYNC’s first song back after their 20 year hiatus, ‘Better Place’.

The concept was simple – learn the moves, film and post yourself dancing, and head to our website to make a donation.

The launch video alone gained over 302k views on TikTok, with an extra special comment from *NSYNC themselves. The campaign received press coverage across The Sun, The Daily Mail and The Daily Star.

But it wasn’t just a dance challenge... the campaign had bespoke web pages, a competition with over 1000 entries and reached 13.1 million people on-airacross Heart, Smooth and Capital FM.

From on-air shout outs to dancing on TikTok... 14 famous faces got involved, including Tina Hobley, Kemi Rodgers, Pandora Christie and more!

Trolls Happy Place

To bring even more magic, we sent Ashley Roberts down to officially open Trolls Happy Place in London – a vibrant, immersive experience for all to enjoy!

For2 Trolls MEGA fans, we surprised them with a rainbow-coloured & glitter-filled day out at the Happy Place. Watch the video below to see their reactions 🥹

Trolls took over Global HQ

The fun didn’t stop there... On our annual Global's Make Some Noise Day, Trolls took over Global HQ. Our Global DJs, including Toby Anstis and Zoe Hardman, entertained hundreds of people dancing the day away on our rainbow-coloured Trolls dancefloor. With many of the team even dressed as Trolls themselves, it was a day filled with music and happiness - certainly one to remember ❤️
