We work with small charities improving life skills

Many people have had their lives turned upside down, with their education or employment being disrupted.

Why we’re needed…

Without the crucial support provided by charities, far too many people are at risk of being left behind.

We’re supporting programmes by small and local charities that are dedicated to improving people’s life skills and opportunities.

This includes helping people get the education they need for their careers, upskilling them for the future, providing access to wellbeing support, and supporting them into employment.

Many young people are facing uncertainty about their futures and thousands of people have found themselves unable to earn money to support themselves and their families.

The ripple effect of the coronavirus pandemic is huge.

Recent employment figures show that young people account for nearly two thirds of job losses since 2019.

With the ever-changing employment landscape in recent years many have lost their jobs, leaving them feeling hopeless about their futures.

Life changes such as unemployment can cause extreme distress and lead to greater mental health problems.

We believe everyone should feel empowered and prepared with the support, skills, and technology that they need to get their lives back on track.

With your donations, Make Some Noise can fund small charities across the country that are providing employment and upskilling programmes, as well as access to technology.
