The Chris Moyles Show Pubcast – LIVE Ts&Cs

The Chris Moyles Show Live Pubcast 2020 Ts&Cs:

  1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Charities (“Global Charities”) general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.makesomenoise.com/terms-conditions/ and https://www.radiox.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to the Chris Moyles Live Pubcast 2020.

The Promoters are Global Radio, registered with Phone-paid Services Authority (ORG832-96388-41101) and Global Charities, registered with Phone-paid Services Authority (ORG831-51159-55647). Global Charities is registered with the Fundraising Regulator.

Global’s Make Some Noise is an appeal operated by Global Charities, a registered charity in England & Wales (1091657) & Scotland (SC041475)

  1.   The “Radio Station” advertising the download is Radio X.
  2.    Anyone who texts the keyword (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from Global Charities.

How to receive The Chris Moyles Pubcast:

  1.    Entrants must send a text message with the keyword PUB to 83936 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. If you text after the closing time you will not be entered but may still be charged. The Text Message Line will open at 06:00 on Monday 8th June 2020 (the “Opening Time”) and will close at 22:00 on Friday 12th June 2020 (the “Closing Time”).
  2.    Entrants will receive a bounceback text message informing them that a voluntary donation to Global’s Make Some Noise (registered charity 1091657 (England & Wales) & SC041475 (Scotland)) of £10 will be taken automatically, unless they text the word CANCEL as instructed. The £10 donation will be taken an hour (60 minutes) after the time the first text was received from the mobile phone used to enter the Competition. 100% of the donation will go to Global’s Make Some Noise.
  3.    For the avoidance of doubt, you do not need to donate in order to receive the Pubcast. Cancelling the donation will not affect your ability to stream the Pubcast.
  4. At approximately 20:00 on Friday 12th June 2020, those who have registered will receive a text message containing the link to watch the Pubcast stream live (beginning at 20:30). Anyone texting after 19:45 on Friday 12th June will receive the streaming link in their bouncback message immediately (see clause 5).
  5. Additionally, one Entrant who enters before 20:00 on Friday 12th June 2020 will be selected at random from all Entrants to join the Pubcast Live with the Chris Moyles Show Team. This person will be given the option to talk to the presenter/s live, If an Entrant fails to answer their phone, is driving, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during the call and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the Entrant, they may forfeit their chance to join the Pubcast and another Entrant may be selected at random. The Producer’s decision is final.
  6. For users unable to use their mobile to donate and download the Pubcast you may purchase the Pubcast for £10 (net proceeds, at least £7.84 per purchase, go to Global’s Make Some Noise) via the following link: www.makesomenoise.com/shop For store purchases, the Pubcast content and streaming link will be sent via email as instructed.
  7. Following the conclusion of the Live Pubcast, on Tuesday 16th June 2020, all Entrants who texted to view the live link will receive a subsequent text message with a link to the video highlights, including an exclusive ‘lock-in’ section.
  8. The video highlights link is for personal use only. It is forbidden to share or upload the audio e.g. to file sharing sites. Sharing the audio will reduce potential charitable donations.

  1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  2. Entrants must register from a UK mobile.
  3.  Entrants may register ONCE only.
