We’re unusually quiet Autumn…

We're unusually quiet Autumn...

Things are a little different for us this year!

We’re known for making a lot of noise in Autumn for our annual Make Some Noise Day, and you might have noticed that things are slightly different this year.

Hopefully, you heard us in June across Global’s radio station, raising money for our Emergency Appeal to support those hit hardest by coronavirus.

We wanted to let you know that while we’re not celebrating Make Some Noise Day this October, we haven’t gone silent! We’re busy putting your kind donations to work up and down the country.

We’ve been distributing money from the Emergency Appeal to small charities and community projects that are helping individuals and families in this time of urgent need.

This includes supporting charities that are running food banks and food delivery services, mental health and domestic violence helplines, as well as charities like Alexander Devine who are caring for children like Stanley.

How you can help

If you missed our Emergency Appeal in June, and normally support us every October, here are a few easy ways you can make a difference.

  • Donate what you might have spent on entering a prize or what you would’ve given on the day. This could be £20, £10 or even £5 – donate today
  • Check out our latest products in the Make Some Noise Store – shop now
  • Become one of our good friends and donate regularly to keep our work going – give regularly
  • Join our community and be kept up-to-date with what we’re doing by signing up to our newsletter

A few of our highlights from last year’s Make Some Noise Day

To mark what would have been Make Some Noise Day this year, we’re sharing some of the best moments from last year on Twitter. And we’d love for you to join us!
